Tradingview provides a useful feature for subscribed users, where you can set alerts to trigger webhooks. These triggers can be used in StalexBot strategies to buy, sell, DCA or partially close positions.

Using Tradingview alert webhooks to trigger strategies in StalexBot

Tradingview is the leading platform for visualizing price graphs for financial assets like crypto currencies. Subscribers can set alerts on trendlines, price and technical indicators.

In StalexBot, we have built a way to integrate with Tradingview, allowing you to send signals from Tradingview directly to your StalexBot strategy.

Using the webhook tile in your strategy

You can use a webhook tile to trigger your strategy to perform actions. In a new webhook tile, you get a webhook URL, to which Tradingview can send the signal. You can trigger one pair with one signal, or multiple pairs: say you want to sell all open positions when BTC becomes bearish, you can do so with webhook tiles.
